MREA needs help to ‘Move Some Earth’

The Midwest Renewable Energy Association is holding its annual Move Some Earth Day on Oct. 20.

The annual fall cleanup day is open to volunteers. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and prepares the MREA property for the colder months.

Volunteers can meet staff and other volunteers who are passionate about building a sustainable future powered by clean energy, according to a news release from MREA.

Anyone interested in volunteering should RSVP at [email protected]. Participants should dress for the weather, and a wood-burning stove will be available onsite.
