Custer – The Midwest Renewable Energy Association (MREA) will host an Industry Demo Day on Friday, June 21, at its campus in Custer.

The event will provide hands-on experience with tools and technologies relevant to energy professionals and solar technicians.

The event emphasizes the evolving nature of the clean energy industry and the growing demand for skilled professionals. MREA aims to inspire and empower both the current workforce and newcomers by providing hands-on learning and networking opportunities.

Continuing Education Credits are available, and information on career pathways and training will be provided by the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) and MREA.

The event will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., followed by an Industry Social from 5 to 10 p.m. featuring live music, Wisconsin snacks, and beverages. Discounted tickets are available for groups of five or more, nonprofits, students, and educators.
