UPDATE: Missing Plover woman found healthy

Metro Wire Staff

Plover police on Friday say they have located a resident missing since Nov. 28.

Jodi Biser was reported missing after leaving work and not going home, triggering a Silver Alert on Nov. 29. Police say they made contact with her at about 1 p.m. on Dec. 7.

“Ms. Biser was found to be safe and at her location under her own free will,” said Plover Police Chief Dan Ault via email. “After considerable conversation with Ms. Biser, it was determined that she was not in danger and required no further assistance from law enforcement or require any other services.”

Ault went on to say “considerable resources” were utilized during the search effort, to include Biser’s friends and family, local media, and various law enforcement agencies across the state.

Ault did not say where Biser was found, or how they came to find her.

“Finding her safe and sound was what we were all hoping and praying for,” Ault said.
