Marshfield Clinic reestablishes COVID visitor restrictions

Marshfield Clinic Health System has reestablished visitor restrictions at all of its hospitals and clinics across the area until further notice.

The restrictions are intended to “limit the potential spread of COVID-19 within our facilities,” a press release from the system said.

The system will no allow visitors for adult patients unless special circumstances apply, and only two care partners will be permitted for pediatric patients.

The hospital system said the restrictions can be changed at any time without notice.
