Designed for people of all levels of health, Tai chi is considered a meditative therapy which may reduce depression and help people focus and sleep better.
Classes for beginners start Sept. 11 at 9:30 a.m. and lasts about 40 minutes at branch locations in Plover, 2151 Roosevelt Dr., and Rosholt, 137 N. Main St.
