CENTRAL WISCONSIN — Aspirus has released its list of the most popular baby names of 2025, highlighting both familiar favorites and the growing variety of names chosen by families across the region.
A total of 3,257 babies were born at Aspirus facilities in 2025, including 1,589 girls and 1,668 boys. The health system provides birthing services throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
For girls, the top three names in 2025 were Charlotte, Eleanor, and Nora.
For boys, the most popular names were Henry, Oliver, and Theodore.
Several names continued strong trends from the previous year. Henry and Oliver remained the top two boys’ names in both 2024 and 2025, while Charlotte moved up from second place last year to claim the top spot for girls.
Beyond the most common choices, families also leaned into individuality. Parents selected 745 different names for boys and 864 different names for girls in 2025, reflecting a wide range of cultural backgrounds, traditions and personal preferences.
Aspirus offers comprehensive birthing services focused on supporting families from pregnancy through delivery and postpartum care, with an emphasis on safety, comfort, and personalized attention.
