Letter: Pahmeier better choice for Assembly
To the Editor-
I am writing to share my enthusiastic support for Bob Pahmeier as our next representative for the 71st Assembly District. Bob’s background, combining both military service and a dedicated career in law enforcement, brings invaluable experience to the table—experience that goes beyond political ambition.
Unlike career politicians whose loyalties often lean toward special interests, Bob stands apart. His record demonstrates a lifetime of service and integrity, focused on the people he serves rather than personal gain.
Bob’s military background speaks volumes about his dedication. In the Army, Bob cleared land mines, rebuilt schools, and provided clean water to refugees. His law enforcement career shows his commitment to the well-being and safety of our community. For almost 30 years, Bob kept convicted rapists, child molesters, drug dealers, terrorists, and murderers behind bars.
I have volunteered alongside Bob on various occasions. He knows firsthand the issues our community faces and is truly invested in delivering real solutions, not empty promises.
We need someone in Madison who understands what it means to serve without expectation of reward or favor.
Bob Pahmeier is a breath of fresh air in a political landscape too often dominated by self-interest. Let’s elect a representative who will genuinely work for us. Please join me in supporting Bob Pahmeier for the 71st Assembly District.
