Letter: Bell-ringers still greatly needed

To the Editor-

The holidays are quickly approaching. And so are the many traditions that accompany them.

A few of our family favorites include visiting Santa with the kids, finding the perfect Christmas tree, and ringing bells for the Salvation Army! In our family, ringing bells for the Salvation Army has become as much of a part of our Holiday celebration as anything. And no tradition is more in keeping with the Christmas Spirit!

The Salvation Army needs your help this year more than ever. Please consider making ringing bells a tradition within your home.

We have bell ringing locations throughout the metro area available now through December 24th. And this year we will have some indoor ringing locations for those unable to withstand the Wisconsin winter. Volunteers can sign up online at RegisterToRing.com or call 715-341-2437.
