Letter: Bell-ringers needed more than ever

To The Editor-

I’m writing to encourage you to find two hours to help those in your community who need it the most.

What if I told you that the time goes by very quickly and the benefits would last for the next 12 months? What if you would see friends and family during these two hours and you can share the joy of the season with them?

You can make your community a better place and make your holidays even more special by volunteering to ring the bell during the Stevens Point Salvation Army’s Kettle Campaign.

This is the time of year when the Salvation Army faces its greatest needs. Your generosity is crucial to the success of the campaign.

Two hours. It’s just a little time, but it means so much to those in need.
