Larry A. Kluck, 81

Larry A. Kluck, age 81, of Stevens Point, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 2, 2018.

Larry was born Jan. 8, 1937 in the Town of Sharon and grew up in Galloway, Wis. He is the son of the late Alfonse and Celia (Kurszewski) Kluck. His marriage to Gladys Kozikowski took place on Aug. 19, 1961 at St. Adalbert Catholic Church in Rosholt.

After their marriage the couple lived in Milwaukee for 10 years, moving back to their present address in 1970. Larry was employed as a supervisor for American Motors and also worked for A.O. Smith in Milwaukee. The couple also owned and operated The House of TV and Appliance on the South side of Stevens Point for 32 years.

He was a member of the St. Isadore Society at Sacred Heart Church. He enjoyed playing softball, camping, hunting, fishing, traveling, genealogy and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his loving wife of 56 years Gladys Kluck; two sons: Don Kluck of Plover and Gary Kluck of Waupaca; one daughter: Kathy (Scott) Gruna of Custer; seven grandchildren: Cody, Ben & Clare Kluck, Morgan & Tyler Gruna and Lauren & Michael Kluck; three brothers: Archie (Pat) Kluck of Custer, Bob (Connie) Kluck of Stevens Point & Bill (Joyce) Kluck of Hudson; and one sister-in-law: Arleen (Bob) Gross of Custer. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Allen Kluck.

Funeral Mass will be at 11 AM on Thursday March 8, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Polonia. Rev. Gregory Michaud will officiate.
