Jordan Bar and Grill hands VFW hefty donation

The Plover VFW has announced it took in a donation from a local poker run.

Jordan Bar and Grill owner John Koshnick attended a recent post meeting and presented the group with a check for $1,250—proceeds came from the annual Motorcycle Poker Run sponsored by the bar in September.

Koshnick reports that 64 riders on 39 motorcycles participated in the event, which covered 96 miles in Portage and Waupaca counties.

Jordan Bar and Grill is located at 5696 State Hwy. 66 in Stevens Point.
