Nason will retain his seat on the board and serve the remainder of his term through 2021. To recognize Nason’s 40-year long career with Worzalla, the board unanimously elected Nason as chairman emeritus.
“It’s been the honor of my life to lead this company, I will cherish all the memories and the friendships I made along the way,” said Nason. “Under Jim’s leadership, I believe that Worzalla is well-positioned to continue its legacy as a world-class book printer.”
Fetherston has been with Worzalla for a decade. He said the board has been “enormously responsive and supportive, which fueled our growth.”
Worzalla recently celebrated the completion of its $12.5-million, 50,000-square-foot addition, and with it, adding 50 more jobs to its existing workforce of 300.
“I’m thrilled for the opportunity to serve as Chairman of the Board and continue to lead Worzalla as one of the nation’s most respected book printers,” he said.
