Jerome (Jerry) “Moose” M. Maslowski, 63

Jerome (Jerry) “Moose” M. Maslowski, age 63 of Amherst Junction, died from complications due to a heart attack on Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2018, at Ascension St. Clare’s Hospital in Weston.

He was surrounded by his loving family. Jerome was born on February 21, 1955, in Stevens Point. He was the son of the late Norbert & Adeline (Lebryk) Maslowski.

He attended local schools, graduating from Rosholt High School in 1973. Following his graduation, he entered basic training for the Army National Guard.

Jerome presently worked for Sutheimer “CKKC” Trucking. He also worked for Polonia Service Garage and Wysocki Farms.

He was a 25-year member of the Trucking Buddies, which he started. He was a Packer, Brewer and Nascar Fan. He enjoyed Truck & Tractor pulls, Ford Mustangs and Mercury Cyclones. He participated in the Demo Derby at the Rosholt Fair for a number of years.

Survivors include sisters; Kathleen Eiden of Plover and Cindy (La Verne) Lepak of Custer. Nieces & Nephews; Paul Eiden, Ryan (Katherine) Eiden, Lyle (Heather) Eiden, Carol (Joe) Maes, Crystal (Bryan) Kunst, Tracy (Shawn) Omernik, Joe Lepak. Aunt-Godmother; Irene DeMeyer. Uncle; Lester Erdmann. Special Friend; Nathan Sutheimer. Also his special friends from the Polonia Café and many great nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by one infant brother, nephew, Scott Eiden, great-nephew, Nicholas and a brother-in-law; Gabriel Eiden.

The family would like to thank Ascension ICU department at St. Clare’s Hospital for their care they gave to our brother.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2018, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Polonia. Rev. Gregory Michaud will officiate. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.

Visitation on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until time of service at the church. Pisarski Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Maslowski family.
