Henry, Evelyn top Aspirus list of most popular baby names for 2024

WISCONSIN — Henry and Evelyn were the most popular baby names of 2024 among families delivering at Aspirus Health facilities, the health system announced this week.

The rankings were based on 2,911 live births recorded across Aspirus facilities in 2024, excluding Aspirus St. Luke’s. Of these, 1,427 were baby girls.

For boys, Henry claimed the top spot with 47 newborns given the name, followed by Oliver with 29 and Liam with 28. Among girls, Evelyn led with 23, trailed by Charlotte with 21 and Violet with 19.

The selections highlight parents’ preference for timeless, elegant names, Aspirus officials said. Last year’s most popular names for boys included Levi, Oliver, and Hudson, while Amelia, Harper, and Emma were the top choices for girls.
