Fourth annual K-9 fundraiser planned June 18 in Stevens Point

STEVENS POINT — The fourth annual K-9 Fundraiser benefiting the Portage County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit will be held Thursday, June 18, at the PuroClean office in Stevens Point.
The event is scheduled from 5 to 7 p.m. at 3288 Church St. and will feature K-9 demonstrations, raffle baskets and a variety of family-friendly activities.
Attendees can enjoy mini golf, face painting by Ali, music, games, King Cone ice cream, and food from Stevie’s Food Truck while supporting the sheriff’s office K-9 program.
Organizers are also seeking donations of raffle baskets. Donations can be dropped off at the PuroClean office or arrangements can be made for pickup through June 17.
The fundraiser helps support the Portage County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit and the ongoing needs of its police dog program.
