Fairchild Equipment wins 10th consecutive MVP award

By Patrick Lynn

Fairchild Equipment has received the highly acclaimed MVP Award for a 10th consecutive year.

The award comes from The Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA), the company’s industry trade association.

The MVP Award stands as a coveted honor in the industry, bestowed upon fewer than 10 percent of MHEDA’s member organizations. Fairchild Equipment’s consistent acknowledgment as an MVP underscores its unwavering dedication to excellence, professionalism, and responsible business stewardship.

To merit the annual MVP Award, companies must demonstrate their commitment to their business partners, including customers, employees, and suppliers. They are evaluated based on key criteria encompassing industry advocacy, customer service and safety practices, business networking, continuing education, and business best practices.

“Being one of the members who values employees, customers, and the communities we serve, we deeply appreciate the value of our MHEDA membership,” said Van Clarkson, President of Fairchild Equipment and the 2023 Chairman-Elect of MHEDA. “This award reflects our steadfast commitment to our core values and our perpetual pursuit of improvement in these areas.”

Established in 1985 by Gary Fairchild, Fairchild Equipment is a leading materials handling dealership providing comprehensive solutions and services, including sales, service, parts, rental, fleet management, training, and engineered storage systems. Its workforce serves customers in Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, and Northern Illinois, offering personalized and innovative solutions.
