Ellis welcomes new commercial estimator

Ellis Construction has announced the recent hire of Sam Napiwocki as a commercial estimator. 

Napiwocki graduated from the Architectural- Residential Design Program at Northcentral Technical College in May of 2002. He brings a multitude of estimating skills to the Ellis team, adding depth and ability to financial projections for Ellis’ clients.

He joins Ellis with many years of estimating experience and background in quantity projections, materials and plan extrapolations to his credit. His background as a contractor specialist and wood framing expert also provides a skill that adds to Ellis’ ability to pursue varying construction types on behalf of their clients.

Napiwocki also brings design experience and AutoCAD background which he gained through his time designing over 26 residential homes of varying sizes and complexities.
