Dr. Eric S. Grajkowski, 41
Dr. Eric S. Grajkowski, age 41, passed away February 4, 2018 in the Madison area.
He was born April 2, 1976 to Gerald and Hsiu Lan Grajkowski at Clark Air Force Base in the Philippines.
Visitation will be Friday, Feb. 9, 2018, 9 AM to noon at Woodlands Church, followed by a Celebration of Life service.
After graduating from Thorp High School in 1994, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. In June 2001 he married his love, Stacy Jakubowski. He later became an officer and physician, graduating from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005. Eric and Stacy have three beautiful children: Sydney, smart and sassy with a beautiful singing voice; Elijah, a mini-Eric, calm, logical, a loyal Boy Scout; and Evan, spunky, boisterous, with a heart of gold.
After separating from the Air Force, he continued to serve in the Wisconsin Air National Guard, 128th Air Refueling Wing. Eric and his family moved to Plover where he specialized in Family Medicine at Ministry Medical Group.
Eric is survived by his wife, Stacy; three children, Sydney, Elijah, and Evan; parents, Gerald and Hsiu Lan Grajkowski; and two sisters, Miwa Grajkowski-Blas and Sana (Grajkowski) Wressell.
The family invites the public to celebrate Eric’s life and ask for respect and discretion on discussing the sudden tragedy of his death.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family for Eric’s children’s education.
