DigiCOPY implements curbside pickup

Effective immediately, DigiCOPY is implementing curbside pick-up at all seven store locations across Wisconsin, the company’s way of helping contain the spread of COVID-19.

Anyone needing copies should send their files to [email protected]. When customers arrive to pick up, they are asked to call the store at 715-295-9606. The order will be delivered to your vehicle and payment will be collected.

Limitations related to COVID-19 are constantly changing, but DigiCOPY’s president and founder, Craig Shuler, believes the company is well-positioned to respond to the constant changes.

“Our goal is to ensure you can continue your organization’s operations if your workforce is currently in an office location or needs to work remotely,” Shuler said by email on Thursday. “The DigiCOPY team is ready to help and support you at your current business location or in implementing a work-from-home plan for your employees.”

Whether from a physical office location or an employee’s remote location, DigiCOPY is encouraging the use of customer-specific DigiXpress on-line ordering sites, store email, the DigiCOPY FTP site, or the company e-store, https://estore.dcopy.net/, for placing orders.

“DigiCOPY also recognizes COVID-19 is first and foremost a human health event that has very real-world implications,” Shuler added. “In response to the World Health Organization’s recent classification of COVID-19 as a pandemic, DigiCOPY would like to assure you that we have prepared for continued operations focused on co-worker and customer safety.”

The DigiCOPY Stevens Point location at 428 Division St. is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

DigiCOPY also has locations in Wausau, Eau Claire, La Crosse, Milwaukee, and Green Bay.
