Dianne M. Dehlinger, 80

Dianne M. Dehlinger, age 80, of Stevens Point, died peacefully on Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2018, at the Portage County Health Care Center.

She was born Oct. 15, 1938, in Stevens Point. She is the daughter of the late Jerome & Sophie (King) Dehlinger. She was employed for 28 years for Lullabye Manufacturing until her retirement.

Dianne was very involved in her parish, St. Stephen’s, with many hours of volunteering and singing in the choir. She enjoyed her swimming classes at Adventure 212. She also enjoyed volunteering in the Foster Grandparent Program at McKinley School and in the aftercare program at St. Stephen’s School.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews and preceded in death by her brother Robert King. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name can be made to St. Stephen’s Parish.

As per Dianne’s wishes, her body was donated to the Wisconsin Medical College.

A Memorial Mass for Dianne will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2019 at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church. Rev. Dennis Stanchik will officiate.

Burial will take place at a later date in the Guardian Angel Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services Saturday morning at the church.
