Curling club opens to junior high students

The combined SPASH/Pacelli Curling Club is inviting students from junior high schools into its organization.
An open house for boys and girls in grades 8 and 9 from local schools will be held at Ben Franklin Jr. High on Monday, Feb. 17, and Wednesday, Feb. 19, from 3:30 to 5 p.m.
Interested students are encouraged to learn the sport of curling now so they can join the team for next fall’s season.
