County exec candidate to hold listening sessions

Portage County Executive candidate Jami Gebert has announced she will hold two listening sessions before the spring primary. 

Both sessions will be held at The Watchman’s Gone restaurant, 3324 Jefferson St. in Stevens Point, from 2-3- PM on Feb. 10 and 15.

Anyone interested in learning more about Gebert, or who would like to discuss questions and concerns facing the county executive race, is encouraged to attend.

Gebert is running against Matt Jacowski and Chris Holman for the seat, which has been occupied by Patty Dreier for eight years. Dreier is not running for reelection.

The spring primary race will be held Feb. 20.
