Community Foundation awards $156K in grants

The Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin (CFCWI) recently awarded $156,767 in grants to 32 programs that will enhance Central Wisconsin now and for future generations.

“The Foundation is pleased to introduce additional Community Grant opportunities to give local nonprofits more flexibility and funding opportunities, ” said Sue Shulfer, CFCWI President of the Board of Directors “This has proven to be especially important this year as our local nonprofits adapt their programming and respond to COVID-19.”

Nonprofits will be able to apply for CFCWI’s Community Grants Spring Cycle starting Jan. 1, 2021.

“Generosity truly lives here in Central Wisconsin,” said Erin Andrews, CFCWI Executive Director. “The Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin is able to invest in local nonprofits and community programs thanks to our generous supporters. We are grateful for our donors and our local nonprofits as we come together to create thriving communities.”
