College and career fair coming to SPASH

Junior high and high school students, and their families, are invited to the annual college and career fair in the field house of Stevens Point Area Senior High.

The event will have two sessions on Wednesday, March 11. The first is designed for high school students and will be held from 2-3:30 p.m. A second session will take place from 4:30 – 7 p.m. so families may attend with their students.

Nearly 100 colleges, universities, local businesses, and representatives from the United States Armed Forces will be present for the event, which is sponsored jointly by the SPASH counseling office and career center, and the Portage County Business Council.

SPASH is located at 1201 North Point Dr. Admission is free.
