Branch libraries announce ‘Fall Storytime’

Fall Storytime begins soon at the Portage County Public Library.
The free and public series is being held at Stevens Point, Plover, Rosholt and Almond branches. The fall session begins the week of Sept. 9 and ends Dec. 20.
Books, music, flannel stories, and movement are all incorporated into the storytime, with something for all ages from infant to preschool. An optional craft time will follow.
Storytime is held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the Plover branch library, 2151 Roosevelt Dr. The Rosholt branch, 137 North Main St., will be held on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. The storytime is held on Alternate Thursdays beginning Sept. 12 at 10:30 a.m., at the Almond branch, 122 Main St.
At the main branch in downtown Stevens Point, 1001 Main St., will hold storytimes for toddlers on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 9:45 a.m., and at 10:30 a.m. for preschoolers. Family storytime will be held at 9:45 a.m. on Fridays, with an infant program held at 10:30 a.m.
Child in attendance must be accompanied by an adult.
