Beer? Cheese? Pets? Yes, please!

Metro Wire Staff

A new event incorporates three of Central Wisconsin’s favorite things to benefit the Portage Co. Humane Society.

The first annual Beer, Cheese, and Pets Please will be held at the SentryWorld Atrium on Friday, July 13.

The event will be held 7-10 p.m. and includes music and dancing, along with 25 different Point beers, Ciderboys Hard ciders, Point Gourmet sodas, an array of Mullins and Sargento cheeses, and other hors d’oeuvres. Point Brewery’s new custom brew “Pilot System” will also be featured.

A special VIP pass allows for early entry at 6 p.m. and attendees will receive a special Beer, Cheese, and Pets Please sampling glass and hat.

Music will be provided by Armchair Boogie.

Tickets are $35 and VIP passes are $50. Non-alcoholic tickets are also available for $10.

While the event does benefit the Portage Co. Humane Society, SentryWorld does not allow animals onsite, so attendees should leave their pets at home.

Tickets can be purchased here.

SentryWorld is located at 601 N. Michigan Ave. in Stevens Point.
