Aspirus Health reports ‘high call volumes’ to COVID call center

Aspirus Health is receiving high call volumes to its COVID-19 Call Center and callers are experiencing longer wait times, according to a news release from the organization.

Community members are reminded that appointments for COVID-19 vaccinations and testing can be scheduled online via the MyAspirus patient portal.

Go online to myaspirus.org or download the mobile app to access scheduling options. The portal also offers the fastest way to get your COVID-19 test results.

The portal is open to non-Asprius patients, though they will need to create an account.

Aspirus says it’s working to get to every caller as quickly as possible.
