Olszewski was born Dec. 9, 1936, in Stevens Point, the daughter of Frank and Susan (née Doczyck) Ksionsk. She married Greg Olszewski on May 10, 1958, at St. Peter Catholic Church.

She enjoyed fishing, golfing, traveling, bowling, and visiting local casinos. She also loved walking and shopping and was a devoted Green Bay Packers fan.

She is survived by her daughters, Karen (Jack) Hansen of Green Bay, Sandee (Neal) Maslowski of Stevens Point, and Julie Kieliszewski of Georgia; five grandchildren, Brooke (Pete) Ananiadis, Ashley (Stephen) Sensenbrenner, Jennifer (Rich) Revolinsky, Alex Kieliszewski, and Stephanie (John) Felton; and 10 great-grandchildren, Maria, Jonathan, Alexis, and Christopher Ananiadis, Ian and Sophia Sensenbrenner, John and Charlotte Felton, and Evert and Adeline Revolinsky.
