The Arctic Run Model Railroad Show returns to the city’s east side in February.
The 23rd annual event will be held at the Holiday Inn Convention Center Hotel, 1001 Amber Ave., Feb. 1 and 2.
Vendors will be available with the latest model railroading equipment, clothing, books, memorabilia, and vintage equipment and models, covering about 4,000 square feet of space. Several model railroads will be on display, along with Thomas the Tank Engine and his friends from Chuggington Station.
Central Wisconsin Model Railroaders was founded as a nonprofit educational organization in 1987 for individuals interested in model railroading. Part of the proceeds from the show and sale go to support various nonprofit organizations.
Admission is $4 for adults and $2 for children ages 12 to 17. Children 11 and younger are free.
Vendors and clubs interested in participating should contact Jim Miller at (715) 340-0265 or firstname.lastname@example.org, or contact Don Anderson at (715) 340-8105 or email@example.com.
