SPPD looking for gas drive-off suspect

Stevens Point police are seeking help from the public to identify a man involved in a gas drive-off from a local gas station.

The drive-off happened at about 11:07 p.m. on May 7 from a local Kwik Trip store. Police did not say which location.

The man appears to be in his 20’s and was driving a dark Volkswagon sedan.

Anyone who recognizes the individual, or the tag hanging from the rearview mirror, should contact Lt. Det. Robert Kussow at (715) 346-1515 and reference case C19-03416.

A call to Kussow seeking additional information was not immediately returned.
