Police & Sheriff calls, Jan. 21

Rockin’ Workers: A resident from the 3500 block of Jefferson St. called police at 1:37 a.m. to complain about loud music from Worzella Publishing. A manager at the plant agreed to keep the music down.

Unauthorized Sleeping: A 22-year-old man called police at 5:32 a.m. to report two people were sleeping in a locked building. One person was sleeping in a wheelchair and another in a sleeping bag. No further information was immediately provided.

Concerning Calls: A 52-year-old woman called deputies from the 1800 block of Elm St. in Junction City at 4:21 p.m. to say she worried about a series of calls to her home from an unknown phone number. Deputies told her to not answer the phone unless she recognized the number.

Probation-no-more: Deputies arrested a 26-year-old man on a probation violation after he was caught in a bar on the 2300 block of Custer Rd. in Custer at 6:10 p.m.
