UPDATE:

Results at 10:30 p.m. continues to put Erler in the lead with 1,583 votes and Wade with 1,353. Rannow continues in third place with 1,290, and Kochanowski continues to trail with 1,159 votes.

At 10 p.m., Erler remains in the lead with 845 votes, with Wade in second place at 716 votes. Rannow moves up to third, with 681 votes, and Kochanowski is in last place with 677.


UPDATE:

As of 9:40 p.m., Erler continues her lead with 594 votes, followed by Wade with 524 votes. Kochanowski has 481 votes. Rannow brings in the rear with 473.


Early results from the April 3 election show Meg Erler as a front-runner for the Stevens Point School Board.

Erler, an incumbent, has 557 votes as of 9:20 p.m., followed by Mike Wade with 489 votes. Incumbent Judy Rannow has 444 votes, and Alex Kochanowski is bringing up the rear with 442 votes.

The board oversees 13 public school facilities and has an annual operating budget of $101.6M.

School board members are paid $3,780 annually for their time, and serve three-year, staggered terms.
